I am no longer able to stay at this beautiful 2 bdrm apartment for the 2010-2011 school year so I need to find a replacement for my contract. Rent is 2800/ month but can be split among however many roommates. Would be 700/person if split among four roommates. The apartment is a two bed one bath and is conveniently located walking distance from campus, downtown berkeley, and the bart station. Rent includes all amenties (water, trash, etc) except for power. The apartment also comes fully equipped with laundry facilities, a tv, couch in the living room, closets, refrigerator, microwave, stove etc. Cross streets are Allston Way and halfway between Oxford and Shattuck, just a couple blocks away from
campus. Great for roommates looking for housing.
