READY ASAP....Close to SFSU...dog friendly...10x12 room...pretty good parking...really in this for a roommate...not just a person living in the next room if you know what i mean....

so its a 2 bedroom town-home u you would have the smaller bedroom...there is 1 bathroom but i never use it unless for showers and well uhh...the personal reasons....the town-home its completely furnished, except for your room of course.....Oh the entire place is 90% hardwood except for the kitchen and bathroom, so easy to clean. I even have a robot that vacuums for me haha.

i have 2 dogs that are very well behaved.... They love and get along with other dogs very well..I am also a gay guy who is single and going to SFSU......I'm not a fan of 420 or smoking (ok if done outside only), drinking is of course fun, but no parties please.... its a very mellow household so if thats what your looking for hit me up...

It is pretty much ready to rent ASAP...of course the rent is plus utilities (Cable/Internet/Phone = $75, PG&E = $24, $45= water,trash,sewer). I am looking for trust worthy people who are nice, fun, respectful, and not only into themselves.

We have an amazing room available close to SFSU, SFSU Shuttle, Daly City Bart and Westlake Shopping center. We live in a large 4 bedroom house, 2 bath, 2 story house with a huge backyard. The room available is $675 with a $700 deposit, its upstairs with a very large window overlooking the backyard, it also has a walk in closet and enough space for a queen bed, desk, tv stand, dresser, bookshelf and a little more. The room mates staying in the house are between 22 and 25, two guys and one girl (me). We are students at SFSU and one recently graduated nurse. We are looking for someone who is carefree and fun. For the most part everyone is gone most of the day and if we see each other its usually at night. Our roommate who is a nurse is only actually in the house about 10 days a month. And the rest of us are pretty much at school all day once the semester starts. So the house can be pretty empty and quiet sometimes. We are ok with pets as long as they are somewhat small . Internship Opportunity

InnovatingSMART is seeking a small team of Interns to conduct the “InnovatingSMART Pilot Program”, to further develop, test, seed and refine this new system. The timeframe for this Pilot is mid-April to mid-July, 2010. A 10-20 hour/week commitment is requested. Smaller and larger engagements can also be arranged, if appropriate.
